1. About kubrra and what it is for

kubrra.com (the "Platform," "we," "us") is an online marketplace for discovering, reserving, and booking events and event-related services — for example event tickets and reservations, venues, catering, entertainment, photography, and similar services supplied by independent businesses ("Organizers").

The Platform is only for booking events and event-related services. It is not a dating, matchmaking, companionship, social-introduction, or personal-services platform, and must never be used as one (see Section 7).

We are an intermediary that connects Customers with Organizers. We are not the supplier of the events or services listed, except where expressly stated.

2. Definitions

• Organizer / Vendor: a registered business that lists events or event-related services for booking.
• Customer: a person or business that browses, reserves, or books through the Platform.
• Listing: an event or event-related service offered by an Organizer.
• Booking: a reservation or purchase of a Listing made through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Organizers must be lawfully registered businesses holding a valid UAE trade licence (or equivalent) covering the activity they list.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Listings, bookings and payments

• Organizers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, and fulfilment of their Listings.
• Payments made through the Platform are for event tickets, reservations, or event-related services only. Receipts and invoices reference the event or booking, never an individual's personal time or company.
• Cancellation and refund terms for each Booking are [describe your cancellation/refund policy].

6. Organizer obligations

Organizers must:

• Operate as a legitimate business and, on request, provide a valid trade licence or business registration.
• List only lawful events and event-related services.

• Comply with all applicable UAE laws, including consumer-protection, advertising, and public-decency rules.

7. Acceptable Use Policy — Prohibited uses

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account termination, and may be reported to the authorities:

• Using the Platform for dating, matchmaking, companionship, social introductions, or any personal relationship service.
• Escorting, prostitution, solicitation, or any sexual or adult service, or arranging or facilitating any of these.
• Offering, requesting, or paying for a person's company, time, attention, or presence as the thing being purchased.
• Listings that present a named individual as the bookable item rather than an event, venue, or business service.
• Suggestive, sexual, or otherwise indecent imagery or text; "available now" personal-availability indicators about individuals.
• Using messaging or booking features to arrange private personal meetings for payment.
• Any content or conduct that breaches UAE public-morality, cybercrime, or decency laws (including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes).
• Fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, or any unlawful activity.

We may remove any Listing or content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and we operate a takedown process for reports of prohibited content.

8. Content and moderation

You grant us the right to display Listing content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images or text you upload, and that they comply with Section 7. We may review, moderate, edit, or remove content.

9. Compliance with law

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of [Dubai / your Emirate], including public-decency and cybercrime laws. You will not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful in the UAE.

10. Disclaimers and liability

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that any event or service will meet your expectations.
